BEACON HILL-CYRVILLE COUNCILLOR TIM TIERNEY KICKS-OFF NEW COMMUNITY FAIR "CELEBRATE SUMMER" AT THE FORMER GLOUCESTER FAIR GROUNDS
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
OTTAWA – Come out and join your City Councillor Tim Tierney for the first annual Celebrate Summer event at the Earl Armstrong Arena, 2020 Ogilvie Road. The fun starts at 9 a.m. with a free pancake breakfast and wraps up at 11 p.m.
Don’t miss the opportunity to “dunk” Tim, enjoy some cotton candy, play in a bouncy castle, or to take in the various entertainers including kids’ favourite, “Yaki”. We’ll have free cake and hotdogs, a BMX demo, and the Ottawa Police, Fire and Paramedics will be onsite to show off their vehicles. You can even take in a 2-for-1 Wave Swim at Splash Wave Pool between 1 and 6 p.m.
With the loss of the SUPER-EX this year, this is the opportunity for residents to have an event of their own in the heart of Beacon Hill-Cyrville.
